Audrey's Plantmania

An Annapolis gardener sharing her bounty at bargain prices

Fernleaf Tansy (Tanecetum vulgare) March 18, 2010

Beautiful feathery foliage for sunny spots, will spread slowly to make a lovely groundcover.  Leaves are 12-24″ high, with yellow button flowers held high above the leaves in late summer.  Does not need any watering once established — laughs at drought.

Full – part sun, aromatic foliage near the door is purported to repel insects like ants and flies.
