Audrey's Plantmania

An Annapolis gardener sharing her bounty at bargain prices

Snow-in-Summer (Cerastium Tomentosum) April 14, 2010

Another wonderful edging plant that I love to pair with Sedum Angelina (yellow in right photo).  Tolerates full sun to part shade, spreads slowly to make a carpet of silver foliage about 4″ high.  Hundreds of white flowers float about the foliage in spring.  Completely drought proof once established.

Flowering pictured with pink Evening Primrose (Oenothera).
